As per the serial no. 111 of first clarification to queries
raised at the pre-bid meeting held on 4.12.2004. As follows:
- Bags, containers used by generators have to be supplied by
whom, at what rate and who is to bear the cost. |
Bio-degradable bags for collection and transportation of bio-medical
waste shall be procured by the generators separately on his
own or operator can also supply at cost. |

As per the serial no. 103 of first clarification to queries
raised at the pre-bid meeting held on 4.12.2004. As follows:
- Since compliance of environmental standards are very important
if there could be a dedicated incinerator used by operators
and invested jointly. |
Each Facility shall have a separate incinerator. However,
location of the same and permission of it’s operation shall
be considered strictly as per CPCB guidelines. Incinerator shall
not be permitted in residential areas. In such eventuality,
the operator will have to go for services of other incinerator. |
